Now

A now page: what each of my products is actually doing this month, and what’s next. If it’s not here, I’m not working on it.

  1. TraceSarkarPilot · Borivali ward

Building the operator console, and recruiting the first RWA secretaries for the Borivali pilot.

    Next · Tell people

  2. HooklinePrivate beta · landing page live

Taking the landing page to a private beta: a waitlist first, then the first decodes with real businesses.

    Next · Build

  3. ReelForgeLive

Moving the in-browser editor experiments toward the product — starting with on-device speech and silence cutting.

    Next · Build
The agentic layer. On-device silence cutting, auto-reframing and smart-cut ranking — the parts of an editor that edit for you — moving from experiments into the product.

  4. In the lab

Fillmore, a form-filling agent for your browser. Designing it, with a waitlist open. The build notes will be in Writing.
